1. Limited Warranty Coverage

1.1 Standard Warranty Period Classification

We adopt dual-standard warranty rules based on purchase time and actual vehicle mileage, whichever comes first. All warranty services only cover material defects and manufacturing workmanship flaws generated during factory production, excluding damages caused by external human factors. Detailed term breakdown is as follows:

  • Core power components: Engine sensors, ignition coils, fuel injectors, water pumps, oil pumps – 24 months or 40,000 kilometers from the delivery date. For parts failing within the warranty window due to internal coil burnout, casting cracks or factory assembly deviation, we provide free replacement without charging part fees.

  • Chassis and braking components: Brake calipers, control arms, shock absorbers, wheel bearings – 18 months or 30,000 kilometers. Warranty excludes surface rust caused by long-term driving in rainy, snowy and coastal high-salinity environments.

  • Consumable wearing parts: Brake pads, air filters, oil seals, rubber hoses, wiper blades – 6 months or 10,000 kilometers. These parts are designed for regular cyclic wear, and only qualify for warranty if they have quality defects such as uneven glue peeling and material fracture within 30 days of installation.

  • Electronic interior accessories: Car central control panels, window lifter motors, door lock modules – 12 months or 20,000 kilometers. Water ingress damage caused by improper vehicle modification is not covered.

1.2 Extended Warranty Optional Service

Customers can purchase official extended warranty within 15 days after order confirmation. The extended plan adds 12 months of warranty coverage for core electronic and power parts. Extended warranty does not reset the original mileage limit, and cannot be applied retroactively once the standard warranty expires.

2. Return and Exchange Rules

2.1 Unused Parts Return & Exchange

Uninstalled, unmarked parts with complete original packaging, intact anti-counterfeiting labels and all accessory documents can be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days after receipt. The specific cost division follows international cross-border e-commerce after-sales standards:

  • Return due to our delivery errors (wrong model, damaged delivery, quantity discrepancy): We bear all round-trip shipping fees, customs clearance fees and inspection fees. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after warehouse inspection and acceptance of returned goods.

  • Voluntary return due to customer personal reasons (model mismatch after self-check, purchase mistake): Customers bear return shipping and customs costs. A 5% restocking fee will be deducted for oversized parts such as bumpers and engine assemblies to cover packaging and warehousing losses.

2.2 Installed Defective Parts Exchange

For parts that fail after standard compliant installation by formal auto repair shops within the warranty period: Customers shall provide installation invoices, vehicle fault detection reports and on-site failure photos. We will send replacement parts first after document review. The defective original part must be returned within 14 days; failure to return will result in deduction of part cost from customer accounts. Labor fees for installation and disassembly are not included in free after-sales coverage unless the parts are confirmed as batch factory defective by our quality inspection team.

3. Warranty Void and Non-Covered Items

The following scenarios will automatically void all warranty qualifications, and we reserve the right to reject after-sales applications unconditionally:

  1. Parts modified, disassembled, polished or repainted by non-authorized personnel without official written approval, including cutting wiring harnesses, altering part interfaces and replacing internal accessories.

  2. Damage caused by abnormal vehicle use: overspeeding, overloading, off-road violent driving, driving with long-term oil shortage or coolant shortage.

  3. Secondary damage caused by vehicle traffic accidents, fire, flooding, lightning strikes and other force majeure natural disasters.

  4. Parts purchased through unofficial resale channels, without official order numbers, anti-counterfeiting codes and valid purchase receipts.

Universal permanent non-covered costs: vehicle downtime loss, towing fees, incidental travel expenses, indirect property loss caused by part failure, and third-party compensation fees.

4. Standard After-Sales Claim Process

All after-sales applications must follow the unified webpage process to ensure processing efficiency, with a standard processing cycle of 3-7 working days:

  1. Submit application: Log in to the official website user center, enter the corresponding order page, select After-Sales Claim, upload order number, purchase receipt, part anti-counterfeiting code, fault pictures and vehicle mileage records.

  2. Preliminary review: Our after-sales team completes document review within 2 working days, and feeds back supplementary material requirements if information is incomplete.

  3. Quality inspection judgment: For parts requiring physical inspection, we will arrange return delivery. The quality inspection team will complete fault identification within 3 working days after receiving goods.

  4. Result execution: Qualified warranty claims will trigger free replacement or full refund; rejected applications will be attached with detailed inspection reports and exemption basis.

5. Supplementary Legal Statement

This after-sales policy complies with the Consumer Rights Protection Directives of the European Union and North American auto aftermarket industry regulatory standards. We reserve the right to update policy terms irregularly. Updated versions will be posted on the official website homepage with clear update marks, and will automatically take effect 7 days after release. For cross-border orders, disputes shall be settled through friendly negotiation first; if negotiation fails, arbitration shall be conducted at the seller’s registered local arbitration institution in accordance with international trade conventions.
